Allison Hartsoe
President & CEO

Allison Hartsoe is the founder of Aspyro, formerly Internet Business Skills. Previously, she worked both as the Director of Business Development for Vericept Corporation, a security start-up, and served as the Executive Director for the Colorado chapter of the Front Range Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.

In 1996 in San Francisco, Allison co-founded iSyndicate, a marketplace for digital content. iSyndicate grew to 230 employees with 6 domestic offices and 3 international before being acquired by a competitor in August 2001. While at iSyndicate, Allison lead the International Team where she opened iSyndicate's first European office in London, and later struck a 50-50 joint venture with media powerhouse Bertelsmann.

Allison has appeared on programs such as CNN Europe, CNBC Europe, NPR's Real Computing, and spoken at Internet Content West and Internet World 2000. Outside work, Allison is equally determined; she climbed Mt. Kiliminjaro and biked across the USA.

Jim Wilson
Chief Technology Officer

Jim is the Chief Technology Officer for Aspyro, formerly Internet Business Skills. Previously, he was an independent software consultant from 2002 to 2004.

In 1993, Jim joined Watermark Software as Vice President of Engineering. He also lead software development efforts at Lotus Development and Teradyne in Boston. In 1997, Jim was a founder of FirstSense Software in Burlington, Ma. FirstSense developed innovative technology to measure application performance as perceived by end users. FirstSense was acquired by Concord Communications in 2000.

In 2001 to 2002, Jim was Vice President of Engineering at Intelliden, Inc. in Colorado Springs. He led the product development team to produce initial product releases that provided a revolutionary method for network operation centers to manage very large collections of routers and switches.

Jim graduated from M.I.T. in 1974 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He is an avid duplicate bridge player, skier, and bicyclist.

Stephanie Bachoroski
Account Director

Stephanie is the Account Director for Aspryo, formerly Internet Business Skills. Previously, she worked in information technology at USAA.

She has been in IT since 1989 and has varied experience to include programming, technical support, networking, project management, website development and internet marketing. An avid people-person and problem-solver, she derives great joy in making her clients' lives easier and more profitable.

Stephanie holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Math from Trinity College. Her interests outside of work include volleyball, traveling and rubber-stamping.
